Payment Methods
We accept cash, major credit cards (subject to a 3% card fee), and certified bank drafts. Personal checks are not accepted.
Item Pickups
All items must be removed by 4:00 PM on the final day of the sale. We recommend local courier services for furniture carriage.
Entry Numbers
We hand out entry numbers 1 hour before opening to maintain order and limit capacity inside the home.
Return Policy
All sales are absolute, "As-Is, Where-Is". We encourage inspection of all mechanics and finishes before purchase.
